Best Psych I’ve ever been to. She is knowledgeable about everything I need her to know and explains it to me so I understand the why’s or how’s. I’m big on those, and she caters our visits to incorporate them. I’m appreciative that she is young but soooo professional, in a “I want to be her when I grow up” kinda way. Down to earth, open minded, and respectful. Finding Karla was like winning the lottery in my opinion. Highly recommend! (But don’t take any of my appointment slots). lol

Karla Carroll is wonderful. I started under her care in the Spring. I came into the office after years of extreme depression as well as a few other issues. Karla instantly helped me come up with a long term game plan to get me back on track and get my mental health back to a stable place. She has followed through with every promise, she makes you feel heard, and she is always open to messages and responses quickly in the Lifestance Chat. 5 out of 5!
