We specialize in helping people with menstrual irregularities, depression, anxiety, fatigue, PCOS, autoimmune disease and inability to maintain an ideal weight. These symptoms often arise from underlying root causes like hormonal imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, inflammation, gut dysfunction, as well as genetic variants. Comprehensive functional medicine testing allows us to find the underlying cause of symptoms and allows us to tackle these issues head on for the most effective and longest lasting results. We prescribe medication when needed, but prefer to use nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, and diet when possible.

Dr. Kate is the first doctor I have ever had who really seems to care about my health. I wanted a doctor to treat me as a whole person instead of a symptom and that is what she does. She is really smart and
figures out new approaches to problems I have had for years and it seems to be working. I feel hopeful
for the future and am so happy I found her.

Dr. Denniston is amazing! She is incredibly thorough and thinks about the body in a unique and refreshing way. She is a pleasure to see and is easy to talk to and share with. I always look forward to my appointments with her. Highly recommend.

I had been trying to solve my health condition for years and had seen numerous doctors without much help and was told that there was nothing more I could do. I wanted a different approach so I decided to see a naturopathic doctor. Dr. Kate took the time to really listen and ask a lot of questions to get to the bottom of my issue. She did comprehensive testing and was very thorough in her approach and she finally found the issues that were causing the problem. She came up with a plan that worked for me and I'm thankful that I'm no longer experiencing symptoms.
