This was amazing. We made an appointment for 30 minutes from the present time because that was our commute. We walked in, and the place was beautiful, so clean and pleasant looking. Also, there was no one there! We were immediately checked in with ease. After about two minutes in the lobby, we were sent to a room for the basic blood pressure, temperature, etc. The doctor came in about 3-5 minutes later. He was pleasant, careful, and capable. He did an immediate treatment right then and there, quickly with no wait. Then he examined again, gave us an Rx, and immediately sent them to our pharmacy. He carefully explained each one and listened to each question and answered thoroughly and kindly, making sure we were comfortable and felt we understood everything. He recommended a followup visit, which was super simple. We felt so well taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

I had such an incredible experience at Carbon Health Urgent Care in Sherman Oaks - I was able to get an appt within an HOUR of booking online, then I went down to the facility, barely had to wait, and was seen promptly. The PA was extremely nice, answered all my questions, and helped me with my issue. I'm so glad I went to Carbon Health - easiest health-related appointment experience I've ever had!

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an urgent care. Checking in was easy and fast. I got called in less than 10 minutes after checking in. The provider was very understanding and had so much patience with my questions. I truly felt like they went above and beyond.

Came in for severe wheezing. Was seen right away. Got a breathing treatment, steroid injection, and antibiotics called into my pharmacy. Was in and out within the hour. Very convenient.
