I was assured that none of the moles was concerning. Dr. Urban was very gentle, soft-spoken and treated with care and respect. The receptionists (notably Mary) were very friendly too. Great appointment! I was uncertain about trying a new office from Zocdoc. However, I was pleasantly surprised how nice everyone was. The receptionist to the doctors assistant were all wonderful. The doctor was kind, patient and very helpful. I would recommend this office.

Dr. Urban took the time to listen and explain my options after doing an annual skin screening. She made me feel comfortable and not rushed, even handling multiple requests in the same visit. The medical assistant was also very pleasant and professional. The office followed up the same day with a friendly call to provide additional information Dr. Urban said would be available. Wonderful communication and overall experience.

This was the first time I saw Dr. Urban for a full body scan. The office staff was friendly, and I was seen almost immediately upon my arrival. The doctor was very thorough in her exam and explained what she was doing.

I have seen a few dermatologists in the past years and was never satisfied with the care I received. Although I asked for a full body check, I was never given one but instead asked if there was a particular area of concern. Dr. Urban was very thorough in her exam and explaining everything. I’ve already scheduled my yearly exam for next year.
