I'm so happy with Dr. Lounsberry. I was in need of a new gyno after moving back home and selected her based on ZocDoc reviews. I've seen her twice within the month and she is both professional and personable. She is easy to talk to and very responsive when using the online portal. Nothing negative to say about her!

She was very thorough with the aspects of my infection. Since this has been a reoccurring problem for 20 some years I have been seen by many doctors when then infection has flared. She was familiar with this glandular infection, thoroughly examined the area, prescribed an antibiotic and gave me a referral to a specialist. She is most pleasant, staff friendly and professional.

Very easy check in at the office, very short wait, quick visit with nurse, then very short wait for the doctor. Upon her arrival in room we talked about my symptoms and she gave me several options and we move forward with what I want to try and what she thinks may be best. She's always welcome for a phone call or another visit if what we decide the first time doesn't work.

Dr. Lounsberry does not rush your visit. She takes her time explaining to you what she's doing and why. She's also very thorough and looks for possible explanations for your ailments. She does not dismiss her patients' concerns.

The entire office was very professional and efficient. The lobby wait was short, the wait in the exam room for Dr. Lounsberry was possibly the shortest wait I've ever had for a doctor. I was referred to this office by four family members who go there. So far my experience has been favorable.

Dr. Lounsberry has a great bedside manner. She was very understanding and asked more questions than any dr I've ever been too. She also made me feel comfortable enough to ask the questions that I needed to. I've been to previous OB/GYN's and it felt hurried and the Dr felt distracted and uninterested. Totally not the case. If you're looking for a new OG/GYN I highly recommend Dr.Lounsberry!

Very nice staff, professional and thorough nurses, and a pleasant doctor who really listened to my concerns and symptoms. Dr. Lounsberry could have written me a script for an antibiotic and sent me out the door, but instead she decided on a diagnosis and a course of action that wasn't just a 'one size fits all' decision. Great experience.

I sincerely enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Lounsberry and would highly recommend her and her office. This was my first visit and the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming.
I was taken back to my exam room about five minutes after my slated appointment start time and after my initial consultation with the nurse, I waited less than 10 minutes for Dr. Lounsberry (which she quickly apologized for after introducing herself to me). Dr. Lounsberry was incredibly thorough and walked through my each aspect of my new patient forms to make sure that we were aligned on expectations for the appointment. She was actively engaged the entire time she was with me and made sure to not only answer any questions that I had initially, but gave me many opportunities to ask additional questions along the way.
During my exam, she explained everything she was going to do before she did it and kept me informed the entire time. She has a very calm and relaxed bedside manner, which helped me to feel comfortable in general, but especially when I had questions to ask.
If you're looking for a primary care doctor, I absolutely recommend Dr. Lounsberry.

Dr. Lounsberry was excellent. Office staff was not very friendly and seemed quite unorganized at check-out, not knowing what/if I had a bill to pay for my visit. I could get over it though and return to do the short wait time, helpfulness and professionalism from Dr. Lounsberry.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Lounsberry and I was very happy with the promptness, easy to talk with, details taken, and all my data entered online for my review. I asked the nurse about Dr.Lounsberry since she was new to the practice, and she gave her high marks and I would agree. I now have a new long term PCP that gives me peace of mind.
