“Prior to today, my experience with other Urgent Care facilities was rated from 'very bad' (Woodward Corners) to 'okay' (14 and Coolidge) so I was extremely reluctant to make an appointment. However, desperation set in, so I made the appointment and went. Staff was 'okay' but then Jim (Wood) walked in, introduced himself as 'Jim' and proceeded to ask me about what brought me in today. He listened to all I had to say intently, then said, "I can help you with that!" I was so relieved. He was kind and caring, unlike any other Urgent Care facility or doctor offices. When I was leaving, he peaked his head out of the door and told me to call him if I had any problems and let me know when he would at the clinic. I felt great when I left after a breathing treatment. I wish more facilities had medical staff like Jim! God Bless Him! He has a gift!”

The Physician overall was a "nice guy, but "he did nothing" and he was "a bit sarcastic" when I told him that I was a Physician because he asked me "what kind" and when I told him it was "complicated" and then gave him my thoughts on what should have happened to prevent my visit to Corewell Health, he told me that I needed to stop reading "Google". I don't read "Google" and the Physician disagreed with my diagnostic impression based on a pattern of symptoms"I could not have had" after taking "high dose Prednisone" (he either is not a good listener or he needs to review the presentation of the disease in question). Furthermore, seeing as he did "miss this fact", I don't think he should have "chased his error with sarcasm of any kind".

The office said zocdoc doesn’t send them appointments very well. They also said that even if you make an appointment, you have to wait in line when you get there. So, they don’t recommend using zocdoc

Well this was my first time at your facility and the receptionist ,was extremely gracious and pleasant. When the tech came to escort me to my room i must say i was somewhat apprehensive by her appearance .She was over wait and conducted her task with one hand in her pocket. Other than that unusual appearance,I was overwhelmed with the efficiency of the entire staff.

They lost my X-ray so it had to be duplicated. Waste of money. They took and ekg, the ambulance took an ekg and the hospital. All in a matter of 2 hours. Waste of money.
