I would never recommend going to this office. Terrible staff. Terrible wait time. I ended up leaving because I waited over an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment and didn’t even get to see my doctor. When I asked about the wait time I was given a disgusting attitude and was talked to very rudely. There’s no reason walk-ins should be seen before someone who scheduled an appointment. I understand if an office is busy but this office is completely overbooked. I am 10 weeks out pregnant and wasn’t even notified that they no longer have a OBGYN until I was there an 1 and 1/2 after I arrived. When I asked why I wasn’t notified earlier the rude nurse responded with “well your being notified now” I was hospitalized for bleeding and severe morning sickness and was told to see my OBGYN within 1-7 days. Now I have to find an entirely new OBGYN. An email, call, or text would have been great. Do not go here.

Morgan was super kind/great bedside manner but EPIC Health was the issue, as they tried to reschedule me with a primary care doc instead of her for OBGYN annual, I had to wait almost two hours. Then I believe they lost most my samples for my tests as they both had "errors." What wass worse is I didn't find this out for almost a month until I reached out and had to schedule a Telehealth appointment with a random PCP to read my chart because no one else would explain why no results were popping up in my patient portal chart. No one told me there was an error with my tests and I doubt anyone ever would have if I didn't chase people down. I now have to get everything redone but definitely will not go back here.

I would recommend this office 10/10 the whole staff was friendly & nice. It was very clean & Morgan was amazing she listened to everything I had to say & ran any tests she felt necessary. I have made this my primary doctor .

Morgan Woolfolk was especially kind, a great listener, very compassionate and knowledgeable.
She listened to all my concerns and took them seriously (which in this day and age is very hard to come by in the medical field when you’re a young female patient).
