After seeing three previous doctors I am so happy to find Dr Cox. She was attentive to my concerns, and didn't dismiss any of my questions. She took time to talk with me about my concerns and laid out all of the options for me.

She was very attentive and listens carefully to your answers or questions. She gives thought to your answer that ensures you understand full well. This is my first encounter with her and it was very obvious she takes time to evaluate and get to know her patients which is rare nowadays.

My appointment was during walk-in hours, so the clinic was a bit scattered and hectic. After getting the right paperwork back to the front desk, I waited about 15 minutes before meeting with Dr. Cox. She was friendly, easy to talk to and was able to efficiently get me on my way.

This was my second appointment with Dr. Cox, she's wonderful, truly a pleasure. The staff was able to find an appointment that fit perfectly. I went in for a gyn exam which I'm always extra nervous to do with a new doctor but this went smoothly, not as cold as some places despite her apologizing just in case it was too cold. She was very nice and attentive, asking me if I was doing ok, also asked about my day to take my mind off of it and make it go faster. It was also pretty quick. Then she explained all the results of the tests results she had received from an issue we discussed at the last appointment. She answered all of my questions and I feel much better about the situation.

So far my first visit with Dr. Cox great! I was really nervous about seeing a new doctor and doctors in general. I don't trust them easily and hate the feeling that they don't care, arn't listening, or brush you off. Not to mention, often times when the doctor is good the staff doesn't always match, but here, everything was great and pretty well organized.
Dr. Cox was pleasant, asked a lot of great questions, explained things that no other doctor has, she was funny but still professional and also informative. She sent out referrals and Rxs as I was sitting there, bam, done! She seemed to care about my well being. She even offered to speak to a colleague of hers about something that wasn't her department. I only know one doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients and have always held other doctors on par with him and none have come close until now.
Her staff was nice and bubbly and gentile! The staff member I dealt with the most joked around with me, explained what he was doing at every step, even counted down when he would stick needles in me, he would even ask if I was doing ok, if anything was hurting, he was the sweetest thing! Not to mention I was the last patient on a Friday. Most times the staff at other offices are like 'stand here, do this, ok you're done' every day of the week and trying to rush out on friday.
I was so hungry by the time I left cause I had eaten a lot earlier and usually I'd be cranky by then but I actually left this place in a good mood despite that! I am confident I am in good hands and look forward to my next appointment.
