“Dr. Negron is far and away the best primary care physician I've ever seen - she listened to me in a way no one has about a chronic health issue and worked with me to figure out what was going on. She explains things clearly and thoroughly, and she validates my experience of my own body in a way that's far too rare among providers. She also very clearly is extremely knowledgeable and on top of medical advances. She was very helpful as well in helping me go through a paperwork process with work, as was the office. About Dr. Jennifer Negron
Doctor Jennifer Negron is a warm and friendly board-certified Family Medicine Physician, originally hailing from the charming town of Clermont, Florida. She's a proud graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Dr. Negron then pursued her lifelong passion for medicine, earning her medical degree from the esteemed William Carey College of Osteopathic Medicine.
During her residency at Overlook Family Medicine in Summit, New Jersey, she had the wonderful opportunity to serve a diverse community, caring for individuals of all cultures, age groups, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Not only did she provide exceptional patient care, but she also took part in the important role of educating and training aspiring medical students in the fields of Family and Internal Medicine.
Following her residency, Dr. Negron continued her medical journey as an Urgent Care attending in the vibrant city of New York. There, she gained valuable experience in caring for acutely ill and injured patients while mastering a range of outpatient procedures. Dr. Negron takes great pleasure in collaborating with her patients to help them achieve their unique health goals. She firmly believes in a holistic approach, incorporating nutrition, exercise, and medication when needed to ensure her patients reach their best health.
Beyond her medical practice, Dr. Negron enjoys a variety of interests and hobbies. She's a fan of dancing, leisurely walks, getting lost in a good book, and exploring the latest culinary delights at new restaurants. But her absolute favorite pastime is indulging in video games, which she enjoys from the comfort of her home in Long Island City. Dr. Negron shares her life there with her loving husband, Brendan, and their adorable feline companion, Katana.
