Office staff was very efficient! Ellis was friendly and organized in the paperwork needed from me. Was seen within minutes of my scheduled appointment.
Dr. Parodi was on her game! She listened to my concerns, evaluated my foot, then told me about the options available and what she would recommend and why. She completed the procedure within minutes.
Painless! Would definitely return if needed.

Dr. Parodi was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the situation with my feet well. I was able to make a few simple changes with my footwear to help with the pain. I still have a few more options to try and will continue as a patient to resolve the issues with my feet.

I went in for orthotics for foot pain. This person decided that shaming me for having T1 diabetes and claiming that my near-normal A1c was "only a few points away from causing problems." I'm sure if you're young, thin, and without any auto-immune conditions this person probably will be very nice to you. If otherwise, keep looking.

Dr. Parodi asks good questions, listens, and takes time to explain not only what’s happening but options for the “fix”. Her office staff reflects her own professionalism and friendliness. I truly felt like I was in good hands from the time I entered her office to the time I left.

Wonderful Dr. We had a very good talk during my treatment, and she recommended a great book to me. (not associated with footcare).
She charged 85% less on a foot treatment than another doctor I had gone to. I recommend her very highly.

I made it clear several times the sole purpose of my appointment was to get documentation of plantar fasciitis for FMLA. I stated this to the receptionist twice, the doctors assistant/nurse and the doctor herself at least twice during the appointment.
It would have been nice if she told me she wouldn't be able to provide documentation for this condition while I was being seen. She just sent on my paperwork saying I did not qualify for FMLA after I sent her the forms.
Total waste for time and funds for injections that only lasted about a week. I would not trust her moving forward to the next phase (surgery) to correct the problem.
She should have told me what to expect concerning the paperwork.

Staff was polite, nurse was good, doctor was good. Dr answered my questions and let me decide how to proceed. I wish we we had gone over a plan to tackle everything so I understand the timeline better, but I suppose letting me decide when I want to move forward with things is okay too. I will continue seeing her and would recommend her to others.

Honestly great all round. Treatment went fast and Dr. Parodi made for very pleasant conversation. It’s exactly what you would expect from a professional.

Katherine Parodi is professional and courteous, and, most importantly, just the right amount of gentle! I have very sensitive and twitchy feet, and she was excellent about listening to me when things were too intense. I felt almost no pain during the procedure I had done, and when things began to hurt, she immediately got more of the numbing agent to ensure I was okay. We got to chatting during the procedure, and she was warm and friendly, perfectly willing and able to hold a conversation while fixing my poor big toes.

This was awful! I will not go back, nor would I ever recommend her to anyone. She took 20 minutes to come in, never even touched my feet, gave me three options, not discussing her preference or cost until I asked. When talking about scheduling another appointment, after explaining to her I'd be out of town next week, she proceeded to question how I, as a teacher would be taking time off after my spring break,(which was this week). She then went on a tirade about her own child's school, principal and teacher. She explained how her child's teacher had been diagnosed with kidney cancer, and thinking she was going to talk about how to help this teacher through their ordeal, she went on a rant about how the principal had no "balls" in regards to moving her sweet child into another class. How on earth could her child stay in a class where there might be a long term sub? Can you imagine? She's a good reason that teacher's leave the profession. So completely unprofessional to bash my profession and my choices to take a "god forbid" vacation outside my spring break time. She was cold, quick, and seemed annoyed that I was asking questions. Compassion? What's that? I will never go to this filthy, fly by night operation again. Bathrooms? None in the office, told to go to the bathroom down the hall. I've been in cleaner convenience store bathrooms. Horrid appointment.
