Dr. Gallo was great! Very personable and ready to help with whatever my concerns were. She was also very prepared and in tune with my care from outside providers and seemed very familiar with my case even though this my first time seeing her. I will say though, the office was hard to find within the facility and the construction was disruptive and made the clinic seem a bit dirty. However, the staff helped redirect the experience positively.

I’m a transgender guy so health appointments are typically avoided at all costs. I haven’t been in a few years so figured it was time. I saw from reviews here that Dr. Gallo had experience in trans health care so I booked, but still had low expectations. I can honestly say I have never had a primary care visit like this before. It was long but that’s because she actually took her time to assess and listen. Very kind demeanor but also no fluff and gets to it. She ran a lot of tests for me and asked if I wanted to share my records from past health providers. She took over some of my medication and also ordered a test for sleep apnea. No one has ever mentioned this could be a problem for me so I was just really impressed with the range of topics she covered. Still waiting to get my sleep study done but can honestly say I’m relieved to have found a doctor who gets things done and doesn’t make it awkward for trans people. 10/10 recommend
