Being greeted by Monica when I entered began my office visit comfortably. I felt welcomed & relaxed because of Monica.
Very quick and easy process. Laid out options for recovery with pros and cons, enabling a simple decision.

Everyone is really nice and efficient wish I would have asked to get injection while I was there tho :(

Was very seamless. Had an ankle issue. Took X-rays, diagnosed and presented a recovery plan quickly!
It was a very quick visit the doctor was there for less than five minutes,

Didn’t learn much more than anything more than some online searching gave me. Friendly staff though!!
My initial visit was very positive. I will know more once the treatment plan is executed.
Doctor and entire staff were incredibly professional and helpful.

Verified patient
Pretty basic exam and some honest recommendations.
that little to no notice was given before the appointment was cancelled because "the doctor was going to be out for the day." this was after we already in Denver having driven from Cheyenne
Great doctor. Appreciate his treatment. VERY displeased with ZocDoc. 8 times in one day is a bit in excess, don’t you think? Enough of this BS Very pleased with podiatrist, however.
This Dr seems to go in with one outcome in mind and is dismissive of questions or further concerns. Does not seem receptive to patients asking for other forms of support such as physical therapy
Dr. Sachs and his staff were amazing in every way. Thank you for all you and you team do ! I was scared to be out of work with my first broken bone and they took care of everything including me.

I never listen to voice mail. They'd called 2x to say they couldn't take a new patient on Wednesday. They were super nice and fit me in anyway. Doc was straight and precise with the diagnosis and answered my questions in simple language that I could understand. Even the cortisone shot was quick n painless!?????? All in all, it was a great visit. My only regret is waiting so long to get orthotics. I should've done this years ago. Doc said that this is probably the least sexiest $$$ I'll ever spend, but once I get my insoles, it will be worth it. A life with very little or no foot pain?! Yes, please!

Great speed and very nice and attentive
Verified patient
It was great. My only complaint was the view looking at the ceiling in the exam/procedure room has a dust chunk about 4 inches long and 1 wide sticking out from the ceiling tiles.
Brett D. Sachs, DPM was cordial and professional. He took a detailed history, performed a physical exam, and performed an x-ray. He explained his findings and diagnosis and recommendations for treatment. Did not feel rushed but appointment also was done in a timely manner. We appreciate his input! Thanks.
Excellent doctor. Took care of my condition, and got effective results right away. Staff was also very professional and friendly.
Verified patient
The doctor seemed more interested in disproving everything I was saying as reasons for my current condition while pushing out-of-pocket orthotics. Rather than discussing the causes of my issues they were far more interested in treating symptoms. Overall unhelpful and I will not be returning.
I like that he was realistic about the time I would need to be fully recovered and able to resume the activities I enjoy. It's helping me plan more effectively for my procedure.
Verified patient
Dr. Sachs was very professional & knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions clearly and with consideration. Thoughtful bedside manner. The front desk staff were friendly and I didn't wait long at all to be seen. Scheduling a follow up was easy.

I recently moved here from out of state and needed a new podiatrist. After reading reviews and looking for the rights location I chose this office. They were able to provide me a next day appointment which was very nice! The front desk folks were very welcoming and the office itself was nice. The doctor was very thorough and my treatment plan for my issue didn’t seem unreasonable at all. Overall my experience was great, highly recommend.
I have been going to the same doctor back in my hometown (in NE) for years. I had surgery about a month ago and when post-surgery complications came about, I was in a difficult spot since I couldn't go to my trusted doctor in NE. It was tough finding a doctor with great ratings who could also make time for an urgent appointment! Thankfully the staff and Dr. Sachs were able to see me within 36 hours and exceeded all expectations! I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain Foot & Ankle Center!
Verified patient

Great doc. I knew what I wanted, but I wasn't expecting the procedure to be done same day. He heard what I wanted and got it done within the hour, so I didn't need to schedule another appointment!

I would recommend the Doctor as well as the facility where the practice is situated. They run a clean and professional operation.
Brett Sachs became impatient quickly after discussing what I would like to do. During nail trimming , he gave me a lot of 'give me a break' rude look, I have never had anyone cut my thick toenails before so I was reasonably nervous. It was my worst dr. office experience ever. The receptionist was opposite. She was really sweet and patient. I got seen quickly. But will I go back? Probably not.
My first visit I knew I had an extra bone in my big toe. Dr.Sachs also found a bone spur along with a callus (that felt like walking on a rock all day long. Dr.Sachs listened to my concerns and had me set up for surgery within under 10 days. My surgery was this morning and he dealt with all of my issues. The pain is not at all what I expected, let's see how tomorrow goes.

Dr. Sachs is awesome! He actually took time to listen, thoroughly examine and offer more than one option for relief! Not many doctors with such great bedside manners these days! Thank you Dr. Sachs!
