Katherine is fantastic! I have been treated by her for a while now, and I have noticed significant improvement all around. I came to her suffering from debilitating headaches, neck and shoulder pain, and seasonal allergies. I used to have these headaches twice a week, and now it's been months since the last one! Neck and shoulder pain has been greatly reduced and I haven't needed allergy medication for a long time now. Katherine really listens to all of your concerns and takes them seriously. Her office is charming, clean, and peaceful. I can't recommend her enough!

Katherine has an established practice in NYC and has recently opened a new location in Fairfield, CT. She is excited about joining a new community and helping patients feel better with acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.
Katherine holds a Masters in Oriental Medicine (MSOM) from the New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Mineola, NY. She is a NY and Connecticut state Licensed Acupuncturist and Board Certified Chinese Herbalist.
Katherine completed the Acupuncture Fellowship program at Beth Israel Hospital where she provided inpatient care throughout the hospital, including Family Medicine, Hospice, Pediatrics, Orthopedic Surgery and Rehab, Oncology, and Psychiatry.
In her private practice, Katherine uses all modalities of Chinese Medicine, including acupuncture, herbal medicine, eastern nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations to improve her patients’ physical and emotional well-being. She has helped resolve various types of joint and body pain, digestive disorders, urinary difficulties, asthma and allergies, women’s health issues (menstrual related, fertility and pregnancy symptoms), as well as anxiety, insomnia, depression, and panic attacks.
Katherine practices the Balance Method, as taught by the late Dr. Richard Tan and currently by Dr. Eileen Han and The Academy of Acupuncture.

I have been seeing Katherine every 2-3 weeks for over a year now, helping me with ongoing health issues. She was especially helpful when I had a ruptured ovarian cyst. A few needles in my hand, and the pain was gone! I was also prescribed herbs to make my existing cyst go away. Not only is she a great acupuncturist, but will compassionately and patiently listen to you describe your issues to best resolve them. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend seeing Katherine if you're looking for acupuncture treatment. Katherine is a true professional who is not only knowledgeable in her craft, but caring, kind, and supportive. I've been going for treatments for the past couple of months and it's been working!

I have been seeing Katherine on and off since 2017. She has helped me through anxiety, back pain, pregnancy pain and labor prep. When I thought I had a breastfeeding infection she was the first place I went to after my OBGYN. When I was correctly diagnosed with Breast Cancer she was my first call when side effects became too much. Instead of adding more drugs I've been able to manage all side effects with her help. She is knowledgeable, kind, and an invaluable part of my recovery.

Katherine is very nice (she has a really welcoming and friendly demeanor), knowledgeable, and professional. I started seeing her this past summer for acupuncture to augment fertility treatments. She is very familiar with that process, and confident in the best acupuncture methods to complement it. I also appreciate that she offers other things to try beyond direct acupuncture (like moxa sticks) and explains why she thinks they might help, but never makes you feel pressured to try them. Her rooms are private (which is a nice change from other places that put many people in one room separated by curtains or charge you extra for a private room), and the whole space is clean and well-kept. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience with acupuncture and now I’m never going back! Katherine is personable, professional, and really knows her stuff. I have been plagued by digestive issues in the past, but getting acupuncture regularly really helps me stay regulated and feel much better. Can not recommend her practice highly enough! If you’re in the NYC area, stop by!

Katherine is extremely professional and knowledgeable in her area of expertise. I've not only learned a lot about acupuncture but more importantly have reaped the benefits. I'm training for a marathon and wouldn't be able to get through the gruesome practices with the hip pains I've experienced. This has been a game changer for me! Highly recommend if you're in need of some pain management!
