Doctor Murphy is an lvy League educated and trained board certified urologist. She did her general surgery and urology training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. At that time, she was one of only a few women in urology. Her training included: urologic oncology, urinary incontinence and voiding dysfunction, female urology, prostate disorders including BPH and prostate cancer surgery and treatment, sexual dysfunction, renal stone disease treatment and evaluation along with pediatric urology at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Murphy participates in triathlons as well as being a long distance runner. She is an avid reader and maintains proficiency in French.

I can't complaint about one of the doctor's secretaries, actually the oldest one of them, who apologizes to me several times.
My appointment was at 5:30 pm. I arrived at 5:15, the doctor showed up in my room at 7:20 pm. She never introduce herself to me or anything like that, never say hello or never gave an apologize for being waiting for her for more than two hours, "she was nice" just by telling me honey or sweetie. But I felt really bad since I really need a treatment or a prescription to help me with my problem, so by that moment I felt I didn't have any other choice but to wait. I never say anything but I really think Dr. Murphy should start thinking that other people's time is as valuable as hers.

Truthfully, I was about to leave after waiting so long to be seen. Especially giving the fact that I had a confirmed appointment time. In the end I was glad that I waited as Dr. Murphy took her time with me going over all of my needs and concerns.
