She was absolutely AMAZING!!! I recently switched insurance providers and when I went to the office the first time I was running late because the date of my original appointment it snowed really badly and traffic was horrible. She was not able to see me so which sucks but her and her staff were amazing and understanding. They rescheduled my appointment and everything was a breeze. Going in for my re-scheduled appointment, everything was quick and prompt. She ran a few test and was able to thoroughly diagnosis the chest pain I was having. Prescribe me a medicine to help the pain and we came up with a plan to try and when I went in for a follow up everything went great! I’m glad I decided to come to her and I look forward to going in for my future appointments.

I thought she was very professional and knowledgable. The only thing I didn’t like was that although her diagnosis was probable nerve damage and her recommendation was for me to see a specialist, she still ordered xrays (which I had already done) and blood work. However when I asked her what the purpose of these was she explained that they were to rule out infection and then canceled them for me, picking up on the fact that I didn’t really want to pay for precautionary procedures. I appreciate that she explained her rationale clearly and listened to my input.

Apparently everyone was a new client today I had 1 person in front of me appt was at 10am I left at 11:45
I waited an hour and 20 something minutes then got called to the back spoke with the doc for like 10 mins if that. She was really nice and apologized for the wait.

I had a great first visit with Dr. Ndubuizu. I had high expectations based on reviews I read before going to my visit but she exceeded them. She took time to go over and ask questions about the pain I was having and took steps to rule things out and explained her process as well. I feel really lucky to have found her and found this practice (everyone was wonderful).

Impressed and grateful. Ms. Ndubizu had an extremly pleasant bed side manner and was very patient to answer the million and one questions I threw at her without making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I felt like she cared.
