She holds a Master's Degree in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and is dual certified as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Marianne offers psychiatric services throughout Maryland for children and adults via telepsychiatry. She treats ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, phobias, panic disorder, PTSD, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, schizophrenia, and substance use disorder. Her extensive background in healthcare has helped her develop empathetic and compassionate care for others. She has witnessed the impact of opioid addiction on patients, family members, and professional coworkers. Marianne has a strong interest in addiction recovery and supports the use of medication-assisted treatment, combined with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide a ?whole-patient? approach to treating substance use disorders. I’d recommend anyone seeking a psychiatrist to definitely give her a try. It feels like I’ve known her for a long time and this was only my second appointment.
