Very nice facility. Very clean. Super friendly staff. Quick service. Loved the lady who was assisting the doctor she was so calm and welcoming. I was relieved to have such a good encounter as she greeted me, took me back to the room and went over my background information. (Her name started with an M lol) ..Dr. Aschenbeck was very kind and warm, knowledgeable and efficient. I was nervous and worried before I came, as I was to receive a quick procedure. The doctor and staff made me feel more comfortable, and the procedure went wonderfully. I couldn’t be happier with my total experience.

I like the general ambiance of the office and the entire staff was very kind and personable! I waited longer than I expected but I’ve never been to a derm before, and the kindness from everyone made it worth the wait!

If you go in for one thing, prepare to ONLY talk about that one thing. She’ll say “I don’t have time but we can discuss during at the next appointment”. Seems like she wants you to spend more money on more appointments and that’s fine but she couldn’t even be like “maybe try this in the meantime”. Her bedside manner wasn’t personal at all. Straight to business and “at the next appointment we can discuss”. So go here if you need a quick diagnosis but don’t go here if you’re looking for someone to give you tips on what works and what doesn’t. Seems like she’ll withhold that information. She’s fine, to the point on what the issue is, but I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone because she’s impersonal and seems to just want your $.

Dr. Aschenbeck is awesome. I was super embarrassed to admit that I’m in my young 30s and today was my first time seeing a dermatologist, despite having a couple concerning things I needed help with. But, she wasn’t the least bit judgmental! She knocked out all my concerns in one appt, immediately ruled out a spot I was concerned about, and got me set up a full regime to hopefully help tackle my hormonal acne.
I was in and out within 35 minutes, waited not even 60 seconds after checking in, and honestly felt so at ease with Dr. Aschenbeck; and maybe even more with so her PA, Mary Elizabeth! They were seriously the dream team for my very, very nervous self!!

My experience went very well. The office staff was pleasant, Mary Elizabeth, medical assistant, was very cordial and had great communication skills. Dr. Aschenbeck resolved my issue and I have a follow up appointment with her in 30 days. I was very satisfied with my visit.

Although the doctor tried to answer my questions on my hair loss, I felt unheard by what was actually happening to me. They seem to brush it off as “genetic” although I had expressed multiple concerns that didn’t correlate with “genetics”. With the more questions I would ask, the more they made me seem like I was “over-reacting” on my hair loss.

The office is beautiful and front desk staff and nurse were great. My largest disappointment was that the doctor only saw me for about 2-3 minutes and prescribed two medications (one of which I mentioned I had taken before and had bad reactions to). I asked more questions than she did and received no helpful recommendations for what I was asking for. I felt extremely discouraged leaving this appointment.
