I am Kelly Maurer, holding Double Board Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Medicine, with Special Interest in Addiction Medicine. As the sole communicator with my patients/clients, I offer exclusive services characterized by highly personalized care. Understanding the significance of evidence-based treatments, I extend appointment times to ensure comprehensive client care for optimal outcomes. Through the EMR system, my clients can easily access me via text or email messages. My unique ability lies in evaluating individuals both medically and psychiatrically, with a keen focus on addiction when necessary. My diagnostic approach encompasses the use of psychotropic medication, holistic therapies, and psychotherapy all in one vist.
Driven by a personal connection to psychiatric illness and addiction within my own family, I employ a holistic faith based approach that integrates functional medicine to address underlying medical causes. I am committed to delving deep into the core issues to achieve a lasting recovery.
I firmly believe that long-term recovery necessitates addressing underlying traumas. Therefore, I prioritize peeling away layers to uncover deep-seated traumas that may resurface later in life, if not treated. With referrals if needed.
I completed her Graduate Degree Arizona State University in 2006, and her Psychiatric Mental Health post masters Rocky Mountain University. Undergraduate @ Grand Canyon University.
