About Dr. Uchechukwu Komolafe
Dr. Uchechukwu Genevieve Komolafe, DNP, is the owner and primary care provider at Oasis Family Health Center LLC (Your Medical Home) in Alamogordo. I assess, evaluate, plan, diagnose, and provide holistic care to patients, including acute illness, chronic disease management, PrEP therapy, preventive care, depression, and anxiety across all life spans.
I have over 25 years of clinical expertise and direct patient care. I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Family Health Nursing from Florida State University and a Certificate in Family Nursing from Florida A&M University. I have four years of experience at a federally qualified health center and served as the Medical and Laboratory Director in two federally qualified health centers in Southern New Mexico for two years. I have a track record of providing high-quality and compassionate care to members of our community with positive outcomes.
I received the "Access Champion 2024" award for extensive outreach medical services to underserved populations in southern New Mexico. Our clinic, Oasis Family Health Center Alamogordo, opens on 11/12/2024 to all patients.

Dr Komolafe is very compssionate and thorogh. she exsmined me from head to toes unlke other clinics she explaoned my lsbs well my chomestdrol came down without statin.

The doctor is wonderful. She wants the best for each patient. She plans out the treatment care, she goes over each and every aspect with care, plus she is knowledgeable, kind, and gracious. She is also open to listening to the desires of the patient and incorporating those things into her treatment plan. She clearly knows what she is doing.
