Dr. Raether was very nice. She had a pleasant personality considering she probably does this sort of thing day in and day out. The staff was very pleasant and friendly too. I really appreciate that. The wait time was maybe 5 or 10 minutes. It was a clean and open shop. They made an effort to see if my insurance covered the exam and had a "reading package" for what I needed. They helped me pick out some frames that worked with my face. My favorite part was how nice everyone was.

I was very happy with my visit today. I was in and out in under an hour (including the time spent choosing new glasses, which is always traumatic for me). Dr. Rather carefully explained everything to me and even offered to delay the pupil dilation since I was heading back to work. The girls out front were extremely helpful in setting up all of my insurance info and offering tips on which glasses to choose. I'll definitely be back!

Very positive experience. All staff were very helpful. I had several unusual issues, which were handled professionally, pleasantly and with good humor. Very personable. My exam was guide and thorough, and several specific questions were addressed in detail.

Friendly & professional front desk. My appointment was not in the system for some reason & I was fit in with a short wait time. Dr. Boucher - Raether is attentive, professional & knowledgable about fitting my astigmatism. Rosin is a step above other offices in the area.
