I made an appointment for the following day and found it moved a week. This is part of a broader trend where providers overstates availability to attract business. Fine, I waited and when it came time to join the appointment (telehealth) no meeting details had been exchanged. I called the office and was told they were running late and that they would see me an hour later. If you value your time or wish to be taken seriously please find another provider

I attempted to reach out to her multiple times unsuccessfully. She never sent me a video link or contacted me. She rescheduled the original appointment to a conflicting time, and I rescheduled it to a later time. However, it was immediately rescheduled to the previous time she had selected. I made sure I could make arrangements for this appointment, but she never reached out again.

The provider showed up over 20 minutes late and repeatedly talked over me throughout the appointment. I felt rushed and was not listened to when trying to explain my concerns. I was seeking evaluation for multiple concerns and support for school accommodations.
My concerns were dismissed, and I was told definitively that I “do not have C-PTSD” without feeling heard or properly evaluated. I needed help for acute symptoms, but was prescribed a medication that can take weeks to become effective, with no explanation of the medication or discussion of short-term support before the appointment ended. The approach did not feel trauma-informed, and I left feeling invalidated and unsupported. I would not recommend this provider for patients with complex mental health concerns or for patients looking to be prescribed the right medication, especially for immediate help.
