This was my first visit to Dr. Rosen’s office. The staff was friendly and articulate. I observed the staff being very patient and helpful to everyone that was waiting in the lobby with me. My wait time was very minimal and my evaluation was effective, insightful and thorough; I spent, I would assume to be less than 5 mins in the evaluation room and all of my needs and questions were met. Very efficient and very well managed office from top to bottom, check in to check out.
