Most relevant
While the doctor was great I can't say that for the staff. After seeing the doctor we come out to the front desk to be greeted by the staff eating their lunch. While I know everyone has to eat, you do have to take care of those that are waiting. As we stood there waiting seemingly like we were a bother, I asked about the RX that we were suppose to get. Knowing that they had to electronically send the RX it only takes a click of the mouse and you are set. Well here we are a day later and 7 phone calls later and still do not have the RX. We won't be going back to this office just because we do not want to deal with the staff. Dr. Vora should really speak to them.
