Dr. Taylor-Sullivan is the BEST OBGYN I have ever been to. She was comfortable, conversational, fun, knowledgable and eased any and all of my concerns. She will definitely be my doctor for a very long time. I have had some negative or neutral experiences with gyno appointments but this was entirely positive because of her excellent bedside manner and communication.

The doctor was very professional but also very confident and friendly. She listened to my concerns and asked follow up questions. She was very clear about what was happening and spoke to me at my level. She was also very gender inclusive and supportive. I think it was one of the best obgyn visits I’ve ever had.

I have been dealing with some recurrent issues and after seeing two separate OBGYNs, one of which ignored my symptoms and didn't treat me, I finally found Dr. Taylor-Sullivan.
Upon entry, her staff was kind and gentle. They seemed to take into consideration potential extra insurance charges that unnecessary tests might incur.
When I finally saw the Doctor, she was kind, spoke clearly, and even gave some background on some of the potential reasons I might be having trouble. This extra information made me feel like she actually listened to my medical history and was knowledgeable instead of throwing more antibiotics at me right away. She could sense my distress with my situation and reassured me and even came up with some backup plans. She also immediately put in the prescription which made the entire treatment process quite seamless. Overall, I would happily see Dr. Taylor-Sullivan again.

Dr. TS is a wonderful doctor with a really friendly disposition. I really struggle with gyn appointments and she put me at ease immediately. She is the first gyn to ever do this and for that I do think I'll see her for appointments moving forward.
Administratively, the office is a mess. I'm currently having to chase down a prescription they either never filled or hasn't reached my pharmacy. They have really fumbled the hand off of this. It's an inconvenient annoyance in my case, but this could be potentially dangerous in other situations.
