This is the WORST experience I've ever had at any doctor's office. I felt so judged the entire visit. I needed to order a new IUD and was told 2 weeks, 2 weeks pass, nothing, then 4 weeks, then 6 weeks. I never received an update on their end. The IUD was supposed to get sent directly to the office a they end up sending my IUD to a freaking pharmacy and it's the WRONG pharmacy!!!! My insurance doesn't even cover the pharmacy they sent it to, it's not the one on file. I was expected to pay for my birth control when I have insurance that covers it! If there’s an issue with my original pharmacy fine, communicate- there was not a peep from them. I had to continue to reach out and after 6 or 7 calls I was finally able to get a direct office number. Not a single ounce of compassion. I need my new birth control, I am in pain and I now have to wait even longer while in agony. Something shady is 1000% going on there. This whole experience was TERRIBLE. Please take your business elsewhere.

I’m pregnant and took off of work to go to my first appointment. They originally said that they accept my insurance but once I got to the location they told me they didn’t actually accept my insurance and couldn’t get me in to see anybody at any location that did accept my insurance.
