I was referred to Dr. Lunde's office by another ENT in Plano that said I should see him for a nose revision consultation. After meeting with him and his professional staff and reading great reviews by his other patients, I decided to have Dr. Lunde do my nose revision. He spent a lot of time explaining the procedure and what would be done. I had the surgery 3 weeks ago and I am very pleased with the results. Every time I go for my follow up appointments, everyone there is always professional and courteous and takes time to answer all my questions.

I did not like having mirror placed to the back of my throat and want to appologize for taking the Doctors hand and pullining it out of my mouth.

My first visit there. Office staff was cordial. Nurses were very nice and attentive. Dr. Lunde was very matter of fact, straight to the point. His personality was a little different & I felt like I was being interrogated instead of being consulted. The visit was concise and quick.

Dr. Lunde does not explain medical procedures in common language terms, nor in a patient way, nor in an understandable manner for his patients. Somehow he must have missed out on developing patient social skills during his education and training or he chooses to limit his practice to patients who enjoy and/or are entertained by his egocentric manner. He appears to want to rush in, quickly assess, make his highly educated assessment, quickly prescribe a medication or surgical procedure and be done with the visit.
He is very knowledgeable in his specific field, (which is, to me, more narrow than an eye, ear, nose & throat specialist, for which he advertises) but more critically, he is also very impatient in listening, eliciting parient information and really hearing what his patients have to say before jumping to conclusions or putting words into their mouth as to their statement of their medical condition or their description of their medical needs. He also uses a very ego-centrical "I'm smarter than you" "bedside manner" and appears to enjoy using medical terms that his patients do not understand.
Because of this I question whether I will return to him for further medical evaluatioins or services and question if I will have him do the necessary surgical procedures I need on my left nasal passage to open it up to ensure more clarity and ease of nostril breathing.
However, he has an excellent Audiologist, Lydia Ramanovich, who is very thorough, very attentive to patient needs and carefully elicits and listens to their own explanations of their condition and is very willing to take the time and to adjust her language to the understanding level of her patients. I am readily scheduling a visit with her to further evaluate my hearing and for her to perform further Hearing Aid Fitting, an Electroacoustic Evaluation and a Conformity Evaluation.
Her advice is very practical, down to earth, is presented in common understandable language and she takes the time to carefully elicit and listen to the patient's needs and to explain in detail the procedures and even provides available resources of on-line Auditory training exercises to improve ones listening and hearing abilities.

I read all the reviews I could find before making an appointment with any ENT and even though I was referred by my physician I like to think I choose Dr Lunde. I did see some reviews where people said they felt like his bedside manner was lacking and I can understand why they may have felt that way. He is very intelligent and his recommendations are very well thought out! That being said he absolutely went out of his way to explain things so I would know what was going on and what to expect. I am very happy with my experience and I feel very confident with Dr Lunde as my ENT.

Dr. Lunde is the best! I have been a patient of Dr. Lunde's for several years. He is professional, caring, explains everything so you can understand, and listens to his patients too. He has been and continues to be a great doctor! I love ZOC-DOC appointment setting on his website too. I was very pleased with my visit! It was so great to see the Dr. at my appointment time and not several minutes past. I really liked his nurse who was in the room with us.
