I was having bad allergies and congestion that is not normal for me to have and I was seeking some sort of relief that was more holistic. I was told to treat my allergies with Flonase and Zyrtec which is now over the counter. I didn't find it to be a good fit for me but he was friendly and had good bedside manners.

I'm a healthy adult with no major health issues. As a new patient for my annual visit + physical, I got a call the day before to remind me of the appointment, paperwork and that I needed to be fasting in order to draw labs. I was in fairly quickly. The medical assistant verified all the information, as well as the doctor. He answered all my questions promptly, examined me, and dedicated time for some "chit chat" (family, work, and a couple of jokes).
They gave me the option on how to follow-up: make an appointment in a week, call with the results, etc. I asked to be called if something was truly abnormal, otherwise just mail me the results. 3 weeks later I got the results in the mail (2 pages), along with a brief, typed note from the doc with his comments. Not the official, formal, full-blown medical/progress note (which very few people need anyway) but it had his signature and office letterhead.
2-3 months later the doc changed his address and I was mailed a letter with all the contact information.
Very recently, I needed a specific medicine from another doctor (a sub-specialist), but he would not prescribe it unless I had 'recent labs' that proved my liver and blood sugar were OK. "Hey doc wait! I have a recent "mailed note" from my doctor with labwork (scanned and backed up online) - would you like to see it?" In a matter of minutes he had my labs and read Dr. Schrunk's note from my phone and said "this is perfect. I'll contact his office later to get a copy of your official medical record but you're cleared for the medication"
Having those 2 pages from the doc saved me a bunch of time and money, and helped another of my doctors make an informed decision. So this is good primary medicine here, and recommend to others.

We love Dr Schrunk! There is no wait in the waiting room OR the exam room. Our paperwork was ready, and he absolutely pays attention and asks questions and gives you all the time you need. It's been a long time since we've had a family doctor that was interested in our health and well-being. We will keep going back!

I have been avoiding finding a new general practitioner since my move to Dallas and boy am I glad I found this office. I was initially impressed with the cleanliness and how comfortable the facility was, followed up by the extremely sweet office staff, and then Dr Schrunk as a whole. He was EXTREMELY attentive, sat with me and listened to my concerns (a full list of them) for over a half hour and addressed them all with me. He was professional, knowledgable, and super sweet- A+ bedside manner. I highly recommend this office, I will be bringing my fiancée in for his checkup and Dr Schrunk will now be our GP for the rest of our time in Dallas

Dr. Schrunk has recently moved to a new location and boy is there new place snazzy. It's a lot more upgraded and nicer than their previous location. The staff here are always awesome. Dr. Schrunk is also a peach. He's always been a doll whenever I see him and I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here. He's a great doctor and because of the awesome experiences, he's pretty much my now go-to PCP since my previous one is just so far away from me. Definitely recommend him and his staff.

The office is new and fresh with a TV in the waiting room. It's much nicer and newer than my previous doctor’s office. The admins and the nurse were polite and courteous. The wait time was minimal. Dr. Schrunk was easy to talk to and attentive. He offered good health suggestions and made sure to add notes for the admins to follow up with me. I am happy to have a new doctor that I like and trust.

They do everything possible to make sure your experience is a good one. They allow you to print out the paperwork you need fill it out and bring it with you to expedite the waiting time. The doctor and staff listen to you and address any concerns you may have. They also walk you through every step and make sure you know what to expect do it is very comforting. I will be back.
