Pathetic!!! We did medical check up 10 days back , no call no report shared. When I asked for portal link no one has shared link to me ..How can i check my reports , at least we should get call about reports findings. I called 4 times to center w/o any answer for portal access

This doctors bedside manners were a 10/10 she was very thorough and she took care of all my concerns. I was seen immediately because the pre check in was sent to me before the appt making check in a breeze I would highly recommend and will be returning

Some things not clear for my visit. It was my 1st medical visit in texas.
1. Why they took my blood for test on my visit. I always do it on fasting for my high cholesterol test.
2. I always do the blood work in lab, but for my this visit, the blood was drawn at clinic and reports waiting, so does they have patho lab by the same provider ? I am not clear on this.
Dont know if the charges are better than lab ?

I was mildly impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the office. I didn’t receive a phone call to confirm, or acknowledge, the appointment, but upon arriving, the organization from sign in to checkout was superb. There was a steady stream of clientele, aging 24-65, and the atmosphere was calm and collected.
