Dr. Khin was horrible. She had a terrible bedside manner. She asks you questions, but doesn't let you finish talking and talks over you. She gives you answers because she thinks she already knows what the question is. Took my son in for the same illness my daughter had and didn't prescribe him antibiotics and medicine our previous physician had (who I didn't go to only because he didn't have an available appointment. Finally, after asking several times, she reluctantly wrote me a prescription. The next day, his symptoms got worse so we brought him tour regular doctor who gave my son proper treatment. Nothing is worse than a doctor who doesn't listen to what the patient has to say and doesn't do their job right!

I needed the proper paperwork for graduate school, which included immunization records and obtaining titers to verify my immunization. I told her that I needed both, and she said "No. You need immunization records OR obtaining titers." I stated that it doesn't say "or," but she was adamant. After the appointment, I contacted the school and they informed that I DID need both, and so I had to schedule another doctor's appointment. The extra time wasted was a hindrance, leaving me unsatisfied with my care.

I made my appointment through this website, and in the note section I stated that I wanted to discuss birth control options. I also filled out all necessary paperwork through this website.
Once at the office, I had to fill out even more. After way waiting way too long to see the doctor I was very disappointed in my appointment. The woman that checked me in, and checked my vitals was extremely nice and friendly. She asked about birth control and I told her I had been on birth control and that was one of the things I wanted to talk to the doctor about.
The doctor asked me some of the exact same questions I had already answered. This was also supposed to be a physical. The only thing that was done was a very rough and rude pap smear. Without any lubricant I might add. I have never in my life had a painful pap smear until I went to this office.
Afterwards she went to leave. I said "Um, I wanted to discuss birth control."
She said there's 3 options (there's more than that) She said the IUD isn't recommended, the shots were unpredictable and the pill was the best bet. She said it all just like that. No explanation, didn't ask me any question. Nothing, just said those were my options. She never asked if I was sexually active, and if I was then how many partners. And she should have asked ME about birth control anyway. A single 31 year old woman? How do you not ask?
Additionally the office billed me wrong. On top of a rude and disappointing appointment. I had to deal with my insurance, and Quest Diagnostics to figure out our her office screwed it all up. This was my first and last appointment.

This was a first visit and additional paperwork was required on visit. In addition, the waiting room was busy; therefore, waiting time was longer, but in order of patient arrivals or appointment times.
However, once in a room I was seen Right Away!.
I thoroughly recommend Dr. Khin if looking for a Doctor who specializes in Maintenance and Women's Health.

Dr. Khin is amazing. She is so caring and is very detailed. It also shows with her wonderful staff Phyllis and Myra. They all work as a team and care about you as a person, not a insurance payment. So thankful she is our family physician.
