Our multi-specialty PM&R and Anesthesia pain physicians are all fellowship trained from Harvard, UCLA, and Loma Linda University.
We use a multidisciplinary therapeutic approach to provide compassionate care for those suffering from pain using state of the art techniques to improve function, relieve pain and regain quality of life. From prescribing a diagnosis specific exercise program to image guided specific injection nerve blocks to spinal cord stimulation to platelet rich plasma therapy and minimally invasive endoscopic discectomy surgery, we are at the cutting edge of the new century's newest most effective treatments. Our philosophy is to use the least invasive method to relieve your pain and get you moving again with little to no down time.
Our surgery centers have been held to rigorous standards surveyed and certified by Medicare and the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery where patient safety is the mission. We are staffed with caring professionals, provides comfortable sedation, x-ray fluoroscopic guidance for all procedures, and comfortable recovery rooms.
Khuram A. Sial, M.D. is dual board certified and Harvard and Baylor trained in pain medicine and physical medicine & rehabilitation and a diplomat of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Life changing! I was so skeptical of medications and procedures for my body, after researching the Lumbar epidural steroid injection it was the least invasive for me. I am beyond thankful to have had my pain completely go away!!! I'm able to walk and get up from sitting with no pain, my family and I are so greatful.
