I booked the appointment and had about 8 appointment reminders to show up oj time to the telehealth appt. The Provider never showed up after I got a notification to sign in on video 15 min early. I waited the 15 min on video and 5 min after. Waste of my time. Do NOT RECOMMEND

Our NP, Ms. Graves was wonderful. She was soft-spoken and seemed VERY well educated, which kept my young teen daughter very comfortable for her first visit. She asked all the necessary questions and gave great advice and care. I like her so much that I will be switching to her for my yearly checkups and anything else that comes up. I would recommend her to anyone.

Well my provider only listened to half of what I was telling them, my insurance lapsed for one day and they cancelled my follow up appointment wouldn’t let me send a bill to new insurance that back dates. Wouldn’t give me my test results over phone because my insurance was cancelled for one whole day. Said they couldn’t send in prescriptions for my extremely off test results because I don’t have insurance, since when do you need insurance for the doctor to send in prescriptions based on test results from a PREVIOUS COVERED visit? You don’t. Just money hungry and do not care about the patients. I will NOT be going back.

Kim Graves was so sweet and patient. I could not do a video call because my phone wouldn't corporate,but she just made it a phone call and made sure I knew it wasn't a big deal. She listened to everything I had to say and never cut me off or made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. She did not try to talk me out of the meds I asked for that I've been on. She was so soft spoken and kind.

It was good. I just got frustrated with having to reschedule because they didn't have the necessary equipment. I was also annoyed because one of the doctors didn't seem to know the reason for my appointment when they asked for tests and said they wanted to reschedule to talk about all the results and also issues getting the necessary prescriptions but that might be more an insurance issue.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
My experience with Kim’s office was incredibly frustrating. My prescription for post-surgery antibiotics was never received by the CVS location near their office, despite multiple visits. When I called, the office failed to resolve the issue promptly. They later claimed it was sent to a different location but didn’t follow up to confirm. This lack of care and professionalism caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would not recommend this provider.

Glad I chose this location! The staffs are so nice and I was seen by Kim Graves. She understood every concerns about my health and went through with what I needed to get done. I haven’t went to the doctors in so long so I was kinda nervous and I really wanted to find somewhere and someone who cares about my health and makes me feel comfortable.
