I was very disappointed with my experience. The provider seemed rushed, dismissive, and frequently misrepresented things I had said, responding to statements I never actually made. When I explained that I have a gastrointestinal condition that can affect medication absorption and tolerance, my concerns were brushed aside and appeared to be interpreted as unwillingness to participate in treatment rather than legitimate medical considerations. I found this both frustrating and concerning. Mental health providers should demonstrate empathy, active listening, and a willingness to understand a patient's circumstances. Unfortunately, I left the appointment feeling unheard, judged, and unsupported rather than cared for.

I had a great experience at this office. The entire staff was pleasant and cheerful. The wait time was short. The provider did a thorough exam and explained the treatment plan clearly. I was given a printout of the visit summary with everything we discussed detailed. The prescriptions were ready at the pharmacy when we arrived shortly after leaving the office. Overall, a great experience and a great team of clinicians and support staff.
