“My visit was ok. Dr. Navarro was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The staff was ok. Not very welcoming. My biggest issue was the cleanliness of the office. Though it seem to be a new office, the floors looked as if they hadn’t been mopped, it was black ants crawling around, in the waiting area. In the back, there was boxes everywhere, the rooms don’t smell fresh, hair in the floor, it just felt unsanitary. Covid is too high in Florida for the sterilization to be questionable. They also charge a fee to draw your blood, when it’s covered under your insurance. The reason I was given, is it’s a convenience fee. Excuse me, it’s a convenience for who? Your job is to draw my blood as part of my visit, but now I have to go to a laboratory in order to get my blood drawn for free! Oh wow that’s crazy! Other than that it was an ok visit.”
