Many people I work with feel overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or frustrated by past treatment experiences. I take time to understand the full picture, including symptoms, history, and goals, so we can create a clear and manageable treatment plan together.

I booked a Monday appointment as a new patient and filled out all the paperwork/card information. The morning of the appointment, I got a message that she suddenly found out she had jury duty that day and was moving me to Friday. Waited all week, got several texts reminding me of my appointment, and then 45 minutes before the new appointment got a message simply saying, "Not accepting new patients." Don't book with Ms. Cox if you actually need to be seen or need to receive care.

I made a virtual appointment and had no issues filling out the paperwork beforehand. I had no issues signing into her online portal or joining the online visit. During the appointment, she listened and offered me treatment options I was looking for and called in my prescriptions immediately. She was understanding and reassured me that the problems I was presenting with were manageable with the treatment options available. She scheduled a follow up appointment with me and made me feel hopeful after a rough month that led me to book the visit.
