Harold’s motivation for entering the field stemmed from witnessing family members with mental health issues and others who struggled to access the help they needed. He is a great listener, dedicated to helping his clients improve their quality of life.
Originally from Knoxville, Tennessee, Harold began his nursing career after completing his degrees at East Tennessee State University. He spent eight years as a travel nurse, working across the country. In 2021, after completing his MSN, he relocated to San Diego.
His approach centers on listening carefully to his clients, understanding what is happening in their lives, and determining how best to support them in enhancing their well-being.
When he isn’t working, Harold enjoys watching and playing sports, hiking, reading, watching movies, and spending time with friends.

I was disappointed I felt like he was incoherent and reading off of AI giving him what to say back. Looks like He spent time reading the screen to get back answers. The questions seemed very general and didn’t seem like he wanted to help or cared. Just to book the next appointment when all I wanted was help. He seems like a nice guy and it was the end of the day but he didn’t seem present.

we had a great deal of confusion and difficulty getting to the appointment with a bunch of emails and texts that seemed dead end. Then when we finally did get in the "waiting room" we waited an hour and a half and then the screen said the provider left the room. So it was an awful experience all the way around and I would never recommend this company.
