As people, the relationships we have with others are critical to our mental and emotional well-being. We have an inherent desire to connect, so when we struggle with relationships, we suffer and feel pain.
Like you, my life has taken many twists and turns. I know what it means to start over, move through significant life transitions, take risks, and reflect on my relationship inventory and choices that required deeper introspection.
We are all presented with challenges we must learn to overcome to build greater resilience, optimism, and hope. Often, life's challenges provide a silver lining-one that is often hiding in plain sight.
