Kristoffer’s path into mental health began in emergency nursing, where he witnessed firsthand how untreated mental health conditions can impact every area of a person’s life. He transitioned into psychiatric care to focus on helping patients feel empowered and equipped with tools for lasting change. While working in some of the busiest trauma centers in New York, he always found calm in helping patients feel safe and supported, no matter how chaotic the situation. He takes that same approach into his mental health practice today.
