“What brought me to Matthew was the direct and solutions oriented approach which is already listed - but you can tell he really means it too in the session and has done a lot to help reframe my thoughts in a way I haven't experienced before. I really appreciate the opportunity to learn more about myself and how to handle it with this therapist. He cares about making a lasting impact and allowing a healed version of myself to take center stage.”

“I’ve had a lot of trouble finding a therapist I meshed with, especially with my many various mental illnesses, since moving away from my established therapist in a different state. Matthew is warm, welcoming, humorous, very knowledgeable, and very patient oriented. I feel welcomed and comfortable sharing everything that’s going on every appointment and can already see improvements in my coping skills. I’m excited to keep going ahead with therapy knowing that I have the appropriate support.”

Getting to know Matthew Taylor

I'm a dedicated professional with over 13 years of experience in the behavioral health field. My goal is to empower individuals to embrace their authentic selves and find comfort in their daily lives. I insist on personalizing my interventions to suit each individual's needs. I work mostly with young adults and adults (ages 18+). I believe that most of us would benefit from therapy at most points throughout our lives. We are social beings by nature and are simply not meant to struggle alone. We are our own worst critics so it takes an outside perspective of a loved one or a professional to help us recognize the strength amid chaos.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
