Dr. Kseniya was nice and friendly and overall five stars. Immediately after my appointment, however, I was bombarded with constant emails and even texts from Reside Health about joining an annual Membership for perks which I ignored because I was not interested. I had to make an account (not a membership) on their website to view my lab results. Today, I got an email saying my annual membership is due to start soon and they will automatically charge my credit card for me! I did not agree to sign up for an annual membership and would love to know how I was opted in for a huge membership fee I did not agree to. While Dr. Kseniya is nice, beware of Reside Health.
