When I arrive front desk staff told me that this doctor is not Endocrinologist.
So is it lie on the Zodoz?

Nice doctor but make sure you’re aware of insurance coverage cause front office are not very clear or helpful about how they submit request to insurance companies. Also recommend reviewing what they submit to insurance too! But doctors were great, friendly and highly knowledgeable.

Shorter wait time than my previous doctor. He was a bit in a hurry and kind of scared me with his glum theories on what might be wrong with me. But it was worth it to not have to wait 2-3 hours to be seen like with my old doctor.

This is my 3rd visit to Dr. Vijay, I came in to see my primary doctor because I was worried that something was wrong with me being that I had 102 fever for 3 days, all I want is to get checked and get my meds if I need any. I was not so happy with my experience I was told to call my insurance to change my primary doctor ..why? after that was done I was told I had to pay more than double the amount usually pay, they said something about my deductible...why?
then I asked the receptionist to please give me a letter excusing me from work the following day, she asked me to have a seat and that she would let me know, I waited 30 mins when I stood up and asked if she had forgotten about me... she sure did. I will be looking for another primary doctor.

Did not like this doctor’s bedside manner. I went for a MH visit and a possible referral to a Therapist. It did not seem like the doctor cared at all, he sat with me for less than 5 minutes and did not refer me to any therapists after he stated he would. I asked the receptionist for next steps on a referral and setting up an appointment and she pointed to a card to a hotline they had at the front desk. Doctor did not provide proper resources after seeing me and the receptionist was more concerned about what their office was ordering for lunch.
It is extremely tough to speak out when you are experiencing Mental Health issues so the fact that he did not provide adequate care is pretty deflating a d made me feel like I was wasting my time.
Avoid unless you have no choice.

The doctor welcomed my mom(who also had an appointment) and I at the front desk. The office was clean, the documents to fill out were short, and the doctor addressed what we came there for. It is nice to have a doctor listen to you and be accepting that you have some experience with your own symptoms. We will be back.

Made the appointment the same day. Was seen right away and staff were professional and friendly. Doc was straight forward explained what the issues were and then course of treatment. He was pleasant and easy to converse with. When leaving, I asked if he was a PCP and when he said yes I decided to schedule an appointment.

seems like its problem getting copy of results . I asked serveral times and still nothing! update I noticed doc only sending 1 month supply of medicine that causes me to pay out of pocket . Doc was ok but staff not so much and so hard getting thru to them on phone

I was in need of a PCP for a long time. I always opted in going to a City MD or local clinic. In attempts to change that, I came to Zocdoc in search of a PCP.
