Every single thing about the visit was great, apart from the wait. My appointment started around 30-40 minutes behind schedule. Everyone I saw was great, though. Worth it

Ive been going to SoHo Helath for over a decade. Always a great team that feels more human than a typical medical visit. Dr. Fagleman and Melissa Abbate FNP are great HC providors. Highly recomended.

The staff at Dr. Fagelman's office are intelligent, professional, courteous, helpful, and patient. Whether someone named Andrew Fagelman actually works there, I have no idea - I've only been there twice - but everyone else there is quite good. Until you arrive at the appointment, you and your time are of absolutely no value whatsoever. This office operates under the disturbing recent trend that none of your questions need answers until you've 1) booked your appointment, and 2) arrived for it. Sent a very specific question while booking your appointment on ZocDoc? They won't read it. Called to ask a question? You might get a quick answer, or you might get told you'll be called back - but don't count on it. Sent an email? How? There is no way to send this office an email. Left a detailed message with the answering service? If they ever got it, they ignored it. Want to know if they take your insurance? Too bad! Want to know what procedures you'll need done before you arrive? Too bad! Want to know how much they cost? Hahahaha. Good luck. Like I say, once you're there, everything is hunky-dory. Just make sure you leave an extra 60-90 minutes to cover all the questions you contacted them with in the first place.

I've been a pt. of Dr. Fagelman for about 12 yrs now so that alone should indicate my level of confidence and regard for him. Can't recommend him enough.

While sometimes the wait may be long, I always appreciate the professionalism and thoroughness of Dr fagelman and his staff once I see them. Plus, I love the fact that it is a teaching office.

Had to wait over an hour to see doctor, then only saw him for about 10 minutes. The check in app repeatedly broke and was useless. The space is small and rickety - but I guess everything is in NYC.

The office didn't seem to be firing on all pistons today. I waited close to an hour only to be seen by a rushed intern. I suppose this is fine for a routine physical, but this visit didn't live up to the past ones I've had at this office.

Was my second visit. Seen late both times. Really was hoping the second visit was going to be on time since it's a convenient location to me. I'll be finding a new doc. No apologies or explanation for a 30 min wait.

The wait time was a little long but felt pretty standard. It was also my first time there so I presume it would go a little faster if it wasn't. I know from the other review the wait time is typically long and it was a relatively busy office during what I perceive as peak hours so while it was wasn't rapid it wasn't slow by any means. Other than that it was a positive experience (pending my test results ha).

Been here before, a lot of students doing practice or residency there so you see the doctor for maybe 3-4 mins while you're actually being seen and observed by a student. I don't mind it because it's so close to my job.

The wait was very long and the time spent with a nurse and Dr Fagelman was short, and I felt a bit rushed. Nevertheless, I was taken care of, got answers to my questions and the vaccine I needed.

I've been seeing Dr. Fagelman for over 10 yrs now and he's seen me thru a lot. I've had prostate ca and other health issues and I've always depended upon him to help coordinate my care and follow/up. If you're in need of an internist I'd highly recommend him.

I saw Dr. Fagelman for an annual physical and a sick visit- a very competent internist who knows what he is talking about. One of the few doctors in SoHo who accepts Medicaid and provides special considerations for disabled patients.
