I had a 2 pm appointment and came in a few minutes before 2 and had to wait until 2:33pm before I was actually seen by a nurse. I spoke to one receptionist around 2:25pm and asked if I she had an estimate of when I would be seen and she looked confused and like she never realized I was there. Thankfully, one receptionist seemed to be paying a bit more attention and I was seen sooner. Dr. Fagelman was wonderful as usual and very efficient. I just hate that time wasn't maximized and some of the receptionists were a bit more focused on their mobile devices and social media than seeing who walks in and what appointments were scheduled.

The wait was terrible but the treatment and discussion I had with the lady I spoke with was excellent.

The last four times I went into Dr. Fagelman's office, I waited over an hour just to get my prescription filled. This last time he didn't even send my prescription to the pharmacy, and even after I called back and the office confirmed they'd resend, the CVS still did not receive anything.

Dr. Fagelman is nice and very professional. My issue is with the office staff and wait time. The receptionist was rude and I waited over an hour for my appointment.

Ended up waiting over an hour in total to be seen despite arriving on time. It's my understanding after the fact that the receptionists were aware that they were running behind schedule, this should have been communicated... I would've been happy to return later or reschedule.

I've been a pt of Dr. Fagelman for years and can't say enough about him. He's been known to call me at home or work if some issue arises and has always gone the "extra mile" if/when needed. He knows what he's doing and he does it well. He's well trained, up to date, and is affiliated w/ both NYU/Langone and Beth Israel in Manhattan.

My only criticism is that the first people I saw after being brought into the room were two interns who asked me a general list of health questions that took about 10 minutes. The one who was writing notes had difficulty with English and was not able to convey some serious issues to the Andrew when he came into the room to be briefed. Specifically, she took notes that I was allergic to Penicillin and that my mother has acute heart disease and both were not communicated to the doctor due to her language difficulties.

This is my second time visiting Dr. Fagelman's office. The first time was for my physical, this time to treat my sore throat. I love that it's close by to my job and there is minimal wait time. The staff members are all friendly and Dr.Fagelman was very professional and answered all my questions and eased my worries.

I had an excellent visit! The young lady that took my vitals (Kema) she was professional, polite. The front desk staff checked on me periodically, which assured me that they remembered that I was there. Melissa, my NP was the best. She explained what she was doing every step of the way. Once again, total reassurance. My check up was thorough and thoughtful. Thanks to Melissa and the rest of the staff.

Long wait time, rarely sees the doctor himself. Got passed around by several nurses and interns before actually seeing the doctor, when that does happen in rare occasions. Attitude from general staff. And finally, despite sharing notes and explaining medical history with nurses, I ALWAYS have to repeat myself when a new person walks into the room.

I am impressed and inspired by the service I received. Although my appointment was not extensive and I was seeing the practitioner, the doctor came into the room to personally introduce himself and get to know me. At check-in, I was asked if I had a preferred nickname. The receptionist was beyond lovely and I am so happy I had this experience on a pretty down day. Perked me right up! While at the office, I remembered that a friend referred the doctor to me!

This was no doubt the best Dr's visit I've ever had. I went for a full physical and they did a comprehensive, thorough exam very quickly and efficiently without feeling rushed at all. The doctors took their time with me during the examination, asked more questions than any doctor I've ever had before, and answered any questions I had. Then the nurse took my blood and I was out of there. From start to finish I was there for less than 30 minutes. Great all around experience! Would highly recommend!

Everyone I encountered in the office was friendly and helpful. I was able to book an appointment one week in advance for a general physical as a new patient. I booked the first available appointment of the day and arrived 15min early to avoid any delays with paperwork. There's an elevator to the 4th floor and the office is shared by several other health-related professionals. There were three front desk assistants, one who asked me to sign in, one who gave me the iPad to complete, and one who was on the phone. The initial client paperwork was very minimal- much less than other offices I've visited- and was managed by providing an iPad to use for signing the documents digitally. After filling out the iPad, I didn't even take a seat before my name was called to bring me into a room. The first person who took me to the patient room was an intern who took blood pressure, pulse, weight, and height. About 10 minutes later came the Nurse Practitioner, who conducted the ear/nose/throat exam and tested for reflexes. I was asked general questions about my medical history and state of being and it was explained that there are two nurse practitioners and one doctor in the office. The NP also provided me with a list of referrals highlighting ones I'd asked more specifically about. Dr. Fagelman made a point to stop in and introduce himself even though he wasn't conducting the exam, which was a nice gesture for a new patient. Since this was just a general annual physical, I wasn't too concerned about who was seeing me since it was mostly a basic exam and blood work. Once the NP left, blood work was taken by a very patient and caring phlebotomist and I was invited to schedule a follow-up visit to discuss the results. Overall a very easy and pleasant first visit experience.
