The clinic is walk-in only, so making an appointment through zocdoc doesn't make sense at all, as you apparently cannot make appointments.
The doctor is just very strange, does not speak fluent English and asked very inappropriate questions (about my marriage, pregnancy plans and non-medical family history), trying to make conversation which you really don't want to have with your doctor.
The handling of the consultation was fine.

When I first walk in the office I love it. I was welcome by the staffs. They were friendly and nice. The place was very clean compare to other doctor office I been too. They had my information ready for me when I came in. I did not have to wait long to be seen. The doctor was the best doctor I have visited in a long time. He knew what he was doing. He told me what my problem was and he gave me medication to use. I also love his personality. He made me smile and I was happy with my visit. I traveled more than 1 hour to see him and will do so again.
