I love the doctor but her assistants are incompetent. They have attitude when helping a patient set up online access to their own lab work and then when I went to Dr. Lauchangco and asked she clarified that it was thelink that was faulty and she, herself, sent me the correct link to set it up. Repeatedly, they always forget to charge me my co pay fee and then try to bill me later for it. Co pay is taken at the time of visit and not after. It's the law. It's not the patient's job to remind or to insure that it is collected. They have also forgotten to check me in on multiple occasions to the point where I have had to wait 30 mins to get seen. They have also billed me for a service that I supposedly received on 2/1/2018 but I never received service on this date. The last time I was in was on 1/29/2018. I called to talk about it and she put me on hold for 10 mins and never returned and then blocked me from the number. I also emailed them about the issue and had to call the lab that I received the bill from to report the fraud. In the end, it was my insurance company who defended me. The lady that called me back, Judith (or something like that), clearly doesn't want to be in customer service nor did she care about what the facts were. All she wanted to do was fight. She yelled over me without hearing my story. Her english is so so. I cannot understand what she is saying. She needs to learn how to enunciate. She kept trying to defend herself saying that oh you came in on 1/31--okay great. But the bill is for a pap smear, on what date did I come in for that? The service date is the date the patient receives the benefit, not when the pharma company or the MD decides to pick it up or send it in. It's the law. Cigna is the best, they know the rules and they actually check the facts before rebutting and are not afraid to go to bat for their customers when something looks sketchy. You can see what a hot mess the office is, just go in and look at all the papers sticking out everywhere. The guy that will be drawing your blood won't even look at you. It's the weirdest place. I understand that things take a long time to process. But it's been 8 months since my last visit that was completely routine. This has been a 2-3 year journey with this place. Why did it take me so long to leave and why did I put up with it? Because it was right next door to my work and I work for a fund so I am lazy when it comes to self care. But all of us deserve great care. Sometimes it takes a while for us to remember that and that we don't have to take it. I do not recommend this place. AVOID if possible. There are so many doctors!

Dr. Lauchangco seems like a well-intentioned and polite person, but her office seems poorly staffed and disorganized. This was one of the worst doctor's appointments I've ever had. Her triage nurse was rude, bossy, and more importantly, horrendouslyincompetent. This nurse, who was supposed to do my bloodwork today, stabbed me several times on each arm with a needle as she searched for a vein, and then blamed/yelled at me for "moving my fist" when I did not budge a millimeter - even though she had been angling the needle this way and that inside my flesh! This has never happened to me before with any nurse or doctor. Since she was unable to find a vein to draw blood, she suggested that I go to a long list of providers nearby to get "bio", or wait for half an hour for the doctor. It seemed ridiculous to go elsewhere, so I waited for Dr. Lauchangco to find a free time between patients. Dr. Lauchangco was very apologetic about her nurse; however, she was in such a rush due to the extra work this nurse was creating for her, that she carelessly "let the needle poke out" and blood began squirting out from my right arm in spurts. It was horrifying and I bit my tongue trying to be calm and polite. She then had her nurse throw out that blood sample, and she took another one on my left arm, apologizing that my right arm will be "black and blue tomorrow." By the time I was done, I had been stabbed so many times in both arms with multiple cartridges of failed attempts -- and when I went back to the nurse with the blood samples, that nurse was again very pushy and rude to me, and never apologized for poking around in what Dr. Lauchangco said was completely the wrong spot. As a small, quiet and polite Asian woman myself, I found the rude treatment to be so unbearable and hard to swallow -- and the lack of professionalism was just a bit ridiculous. I want to be understanding towards Dr Lauchangco since the incompetence of her nurse is not directly her fault, but I would hope that a doctor would do better screening and training for her staff. I am still feeling pretty upset about this, and I normally never leave negative reviews for anything. However, seeing ZocDoc's email in my inbox, asking me for a rating, I am volunteering this information as a public service out of concern and hope that others would not go through the same experience.

New patient here and Dr. Lauchangco was friendly and answered my questions. The wait time, however, was long. Just a little over an hour and the wait room wasn’t even crowded. Others that came in after me were seen first (it’spossible they were seeing another doctor though). The pro is that she seems to spend time with her patients.

Dr. Lauchangco was kind and I had no problem with her getting my annual exam done. However I had to wait about 30 minutes while everyone, including those who came later than I did, was called in. Then I realized somethingwas wrong, and it turned out that the receptionist checked in a wrong person. So make sure to ask when you wait longer than others.

The staff is also extremely helpful, going out of their way to ensure you receive appointments and/or any documentation you need in a timely manner.

Dr. Lauchango was great, however there was quite a wait to get to her office. My appointment was scheduled at 11:45. I arrived at 11:40, with all my paperwork already filled out online. I didn't see the doctor until 12:25 or so, about 40 minutes late.

After waiting more than an hour, in a very cramped office, I was taken to a room that wasn't particularly clean and very messy. It had paperwork and books stacked everywhere. The procedure (Annual Pap) took place in the same room, and caused me so much pain I had to take the rest of day off work. Having had about 10 exams to date, I've never had a worst experience. I had to call four times over the month enquiring about my results.

I like the doctor's bedside manner and appreciate that she takes her time in the room. My issues are mainly with the wait time, office staff, and overall office cleanliness. The first time I waited a little over 30 minutes, thesecond time I was waiting for 45 minutes before I had to ask the girl at the front desk again. She apparently never checked me in and was unapologetic about it. She also hung up on me when I called to reschedule my appointment. The overall office is cluttered and seems disorganized.

Dr Lauchangco is a great doctor. She always takes the time to listen to any concerns I have, addresses treatment options, and is very kind and easy to talk to. The wait is usually between 10 and 20 minutes but Ilike to think that I'm waiting because she is giving someone else the sane time and attention she will be giving me.
