the nurses and the front desk were so nice and very kind, However Dr. Best ruched me out and i feel like she was not listing to me at all she did not attempt to review my medical history to see why i'm having the problems that i am having with my skin. I was very dispointed.

I'm on the fence with Dr. B. During our appointment, I had to ask lots of questions rather than being provided with the information. I had to ask about the follow-up visit and seems like she wasn't concerned about a follow-up visit. Most of my doctors recommend follow-ups after prescribing meds so it was odd when she didn't. I was seen on time and my prescription was sent over to my pharmacy promptly.

I was not pleased with Dr. Best overall patient consideration. I am experiencing an ongoing medical issue, that only someone in her profession can address. I have been to the emergency room three times for this issue. She gave me an prescription and told me to apply ice to my problem. This is what I was not expecting from a Specialist of Dermatology. No I will not be returning for future assistance.

I wasn’t pleased about my visit with Dr. Best. I was kept waiting for at least 45 minutes because she was running behind, even though I showed up 15 minutes early to see her. Her bedside manner was brusque and I felt very rushed throughout the visit. Her staff was rude. I won’t be returning for a follow up.

There was trouble right away finding my referral, no big deal, they let me be seen anyway. The doctor herself was friendly and sweet but looked at my like I had three heads when explain my prior conditions and why my skin looked the way it did. Then said I had plain dry skin and nothing more. Uh yeah, no. Was she not listening? She was great overall, but kind of disappointing that she wasn’t listening to my medical history.

It was my first time seeing her and she was great! She really listens and answers all questions. Also, it didn't feel like she was rushing through it even though the office was pretty busy. Overall, it was a good experience and I look forward to seeing her more consistently. I would definitely recommend her.
