“I had a great experience in the office but follow up was not great. I was given prescription which was never sent to the pharmacy until I called repeatedly - Friday appointment did not get prescription until Monday - and that is because I kept sending messages and calling. My experience with other providers is that right after your appointment your prescription is sent to pharmacy. And I have follow up question on the direction that was written on my prescription which I am still waiting to get response on. ”
