Dr. Menon is always direct, but kind. She explains things so that they are easily understood by a non-medical person. She had a good 'bed side' manner. I would highly recommend her for anyone that needs Gastro treatment, procedures, or advice.

I have been shopping around for a good female gastro in Queens for what feels like forever. Dr.Menon is the best. Unlike many of the healthcare professionals I’ve seen over the years, dr.Menon never speaks down to me, believes all of my symptoms, and helps me to communicate my own symptoms better by asking the right questions. We are still working through my symptoms, but every time I go to her office I leave feeling hopeful about my condition which is HARD. Wait time is never bad. The hospital is beautiful. All of the receptionists and medical staff I have interacted with here have been ABOVE and beyond amazing as well (which really sealed the deal for me). GI troubles are hard on your body AND your mind, and Dr. Menon and her team are more than prepared to help you through it. Could not recommend enough.

Although I waited too long in the room to be seen by the doctor and then to get my follow up info, the doctor was pretty thorough with her diagnosis and was helpful with next steps to finds a cure! I would recommend her and hope with her recommendations I get better soon.

Dr. Menon is awesome. I'm not the best at (or comfortable) explaining private symptoms, and she really helped. She took the extra time to help me and guide me toward a healthier life style.

The Dr was very nice- went out of her way to get a follow up date that would work for me and my work schedule. Low key demeanor and very positive attitude.right now I would certainly recommend her.

Dr. Menon was extremely helpful and kind during my appointment. I had quite a lot of questions that she was able to answer for me and provided me with information and an action plan, and even checked in with me to ensure that I agreed with the plan. She was cautious about performing unnecessary medical procedures without first trying less invasive approaches.
