Dr. Larry Landsman, director of the Aestheic Dermatology Center of Vero Beach, is a Board Certified Dermatologist who specializes in cosmetic, surgical and general dermatology. Dr. Landsman has had 20 years of professional experience in private practice in Miami, as a Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the University of Miami and at the Cleveland Clinic of Ft. Lauderdale. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society of Cosmetic Surgery.
At the Aesthetic Dermatology Center of Vero Beach, Dr. Landsman evaluates each patient individually. Among the cosmetic services offered include; skin rejuvenation for treatment of aging skin, sun damaged skin, acne scars and uneven pigmentation. Dr. Landsman carries a variety of product lines to suit the skincare needs of each individual patient. Your skin will be evaluated and a regimen designed specifically for your needs. Botox and fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm injections are available as a non-surgical treatment for the elimination of wrinkles. Dr. Landsman uses advanced laser therapy for problems such as age spots and facial blood vessels. Sclerotherapy is available for treatment of spider veins of the legs. The office also offers facial peels and guidance regarding overall skin care.
Skin cancer evaluation and treatment of skin cancer are an important part of Dr. Landsman’s practice. Since skin cancer is so prevalent in Florida, Dr. Landsman strongly advises patients to have a complete body check once a year by a Board Certified Dermatologist. Having taught surgical procedures to the dermatologists in training at the University of Miami, Dr. Landsman has extensive experience diagnosing and treating skin cancers.

I have only visited Dr. Landsman one time. He was professional, and told me right away what he believes my skin problem is. He explained why the medications that I have been using do not work, and prescribed different medications for me. I will go back to see him in a month. I have real hope that his diagnosis and treatment will help me. I have been to many doctors about this skin problem and they have not been able to help me and have suffered with it for many years. Dr. Landsman explained why the medications were wrong for me and prescribed new treatments. He gave me new hope.

Dr. Landsman is the best dermatologist I've ever had! We've lived in several states & had several dermatologist. But Dr. Landsman is by fat the best. He's professional, conscientious, and seems to have an innate ability to take quick effective action- while being very considerate. He has been a blessing!
