I saw Dr Weiss recently. My appointment was his 1st of the day and he arrived to the office 25 minutes late. Overall I had to wait 40 minutes before I was called in to see him. But the receptionists were friendly and informed me as soon as I got there that he was running late.
I felt a little anxious after waiting. However, once he saw me I felt reassured by his kind demeanor. Dr. Weiss is friendly and very thorough. He explained all the parts of the eye exam as it went on. And answered any questions I had.
Bonus: Its true what they say, he has a sense of humor.

Dr Weiss is a very friendly and thorough person. He made sure that I feel comfortable so he started with a friendly introduction and moved on the diagnose only afterwards. He was really specific, thorough and thoughtful about my problem. He explained everything for me upfront and made sure I'm okay during the examination. He did an extremely thorough examination of my problem so that I could leave his office with no doubts. I had a very positive experience with him.

He's a funny chap and like to have a conversation. He was good at the service. I would go back. The receptionist was rather slow. They only take Cash, Quite annoying as i had been waiting 45 mins to see the Doc she could have checked if i had cash and I would have gone out before my appointment began.

Dr. Weiss was quite personable and pleasant. He relaxed me by asking about me and my family while making jokes about his own.
I appreciate his bedside manner. He examined me thoroughly and made a professional decision and made a referral for me the following day to a specialist I needed.

I switched to Dr. Weiss because I used to have to wait for 2 hrs or more in my old Drs office and I couldn't take it anymore. Scheduling with Dr. Weiss is very easy and I've always been seen right on time. I've only had minor check ups with him but have been very satisfied so far. He is a really nice guy.

Dr Weiss saw me at short notice the day after Labor Day. His manner was delightful and he did not make me feel rushed, but quite the opposite. He helped my nerves as I am squeamish about eyes, and he was thorough and informative. He made me feel much better.

My interactions with Dr. Weiss were excellent - he is very professional AND entertaining. However, the office staff were particularly brusque and impolite. Further, a policy of accepting only cash or checks (!) in 2014 is not only archaic but burdensome when having to file for reimbursement from my FSA.

Waited an hour to be seen, dr wanted to small talk and I just wanted to be examined. Dr is slightly deaf so I had to repeat myself a few times. Doesn't take credit cards do couldn't use my FSA card. Office is not nice, very run down. Dr is nice enough but I wouldn't return or recommend.

Very pleased with Dr. Weiss. Wait wasn't too bad (25 minutes) and he spent a significant amount of time with me. Excellent choice if you like a Dr. who will listen to your concerns and even chat with you, rather than rush you out in 10-15 minutes. Office staff were pleasant, but office was a little hectic because the space is shared with another doctor who has a higher volume practice. Don't be scared you away, the wait for Dr. Weiss won't be that long!

The office and the doctor are rather old school... lots of paper files and older equipment. My personal preference is for more modern healthcare provider offices. However the doctor himself is quite funny, pleasant, and very thorough. He spent a lot of time with me and wrote down detailed (paper!) notes and was not in any rush to get me out of the office (as most doctors are).

I am very happy with Dr. Weiss. I was seen almost immediately in his office! He has a way of talking to you that puts you at ease, he explains things and has a very relaxed but knowledgable manner. When he examined my eyes he was gentle and he loves to tell jokes and just chat with you which is a big help if your the nervous type. He even helped to save me some money by telling me that since my Rx was so low, I could go and get glasses off the rack at the drug store rather than pay for expensive frames at the nearest optical store. I plan to continue with Dr. Weiss and make him my regular eye doctor.
