About Dr. Rebecca Weiss
Dr. Rebecca Weiss is a board-certified ophthalmologist, fellowship trained in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and completed her residency in ophthalmology at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Weiss also holds a bachelor's degree from Yeshiva University, Stern College for Women.
She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and provides comprehensive ophthalmologic care and screening for a wide range of adult and pediatric eye conditions such as cataracts, dry eye, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, blepharitis/chalazia, conjunctivitis, congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction, amblyopia, and the medical and surgical management of strabismus.
Dr. Weiss is dedicated to her patients and their visual and ocular health. She is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience and takes the time to answer questions and address concerns. Dr. Weiss has the best bedside manner of any opthalmologist i’ve ever seen. it’s clear this office has a ton of patients but i still felt seen, heard, and cared for. though Dr. Weiss was obviously very busy, she did not let on that she was stressed and was attentive to my care during my time with her. will definitely continue to seek eye care with her.
