Our friendly staff helps clients with obstetrical and gynecological needs including non-invasive permanent sterilization, abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroid management, PCOS, prenatal care and delivery and other common gynecological and pelvic conditions. Ciao Bella Medical Center and Spa’s staff also tightens and tones the skin on the face with facials, microdermabrasion, and Botox treatments and specializes in bio-identical hormone and anti-aging therapy.
Dr. Stephens helps patients shed pounds and gain confidence through customized weight-loss programs, which can include tailored exercise plans; B12, HCG, and lipotropic injections; appetite suppressants; and meal replacements. But before programs are constructed, an initial consultation reviews patients’ health history, determines their current state of health with a physical exam, and analyzes their body composition.
Since her days as a high-school basketball and track star, Dr. Benita Stephens has understood the importance of maintaining a healthy diet and weight. But it wasn’t until she was a trained obstetrician and gynecologist with her own practice that she saw the damaging effects excess weight has on the body. Feeling inclined to help her overweight and obese patients, Dr. Stephens sprung into action, calling upon her extensive training in bariatric medicine to establish Ciao Bella Medical Center and Spa. It was this determination and passion for helping others that gained Dr. Stephens praise from MadameNoire and earned her the 2012 Business Superstar Health and Wellness Award and inaugural cover from PYNTK magazine.

Dr. Stephens was very personable! She took the time to get to know me as a person and not just a medical record number. Because she made me feel so comfortable in her presence, I actually didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door so she could get on with her day. She has an excellent bedside manner and an unbelievable ability to make you feel like you are chatting with an old friend. LOVE HER!!
